We currently require a credit card on file, regardless if your session will be processed through a workplace employee assistance program. For easy payment processing, we encourage clients to save their credit card information securely in their Jane App profile.

Guided Path’s Cancellation Policy: We request at least 48-hours notice for any appointment cancellation. Once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you are unable to make your appointment, we would like to offer the spot to another client/patient if possible.

If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours before it is scheduled to take place or fail to show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full amount for your treatment. To avoid being charged, please provide cancellation notice at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

You can cancel or reschedule an appointment through your Guided Path client profile or by calling the clinic during our phone operation hours at 780-318-1480. Please email admin@guidedpathcg.ca if you are unable to make your appointment within the 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.

Hanna has received a Master’s Degree in Social Work with a Clinical Specialization from the University of Calgary. She has experience working with individuals with complex life circumstances associated with homelessness, domestic violence, substance-related disorders, and mental health issues.

Hanna practices from a strength-based, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented perspective. She provides a safe environment where people can process and gain the insights and awareness they are seeking.

Hanna enjoys providing support to clients for anxiety, depression, grief and loss, parenting, and stress management. In sessions, she strives to build hope and client’s trust in themselves.
