Life coaching is a professional relationship where a coach works with a client to help them achieve personal or professional goals, overcome challenges, and make positive changes in their life. It’s more about guiding the client to find their own answers and potential, rather than giving them direct advice or solutions.

A life coach typically helps individuals with:
Goal setting: Helping clients clarify their goals and create actionable plans to achieve them.
Personal growth: Exploring values, beliefs, and behaviors that can help someone grow in different areas of their life.
Overcoming obstacles: Identifying and breaking through barriers that may be holding the client back from achieving their potential.
Accountability: Providing support and accountability to help clients stay on track with their goals.
Improved decision-making: Helping clients make clearer, more confident decisions in various aspects of life.

Life coaching is not therapy, so it’s focused on forward movement and action, while therapy often deals with healing from past issues. It can be applied to various areas, such as career, relationships, health, or personal development.
